Privacy Policy

Post411 (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information is collected when you visit post411.net and how it is used.

Information we collect

You don’t need an account or to submit any personal information to read our content. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics systems may automatically log standard technical data — such as browser type, device, approximate location (derived from IP address), the page that referred you, and the pages you view. This data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Post411 stores nothing on your device of its own accord — no preference cookies, no measurement cookies. Anything you do encounter comes from the third parties described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising and third-party cookies

Our pages load the Google AdSense advertising script. No ads are currently displayed — no ad placements are enabled on the site — but loading the script does send your IP address, browser information, and the page you are viewing to Google.

If you visit us from the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, a consent window is shown to you before any advertising identifier is stored on or read from your device. It is run by Google’s consent management solution, certified under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Consent settings button in the footer of every page — it reopens the same window. (Clearing this site’s cookies in your browser also brings it back.)

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which articles are read. It runs without cookies and without fingerprinting — it stores no identifier that could recognize you across visits — and we only ever look at aggregate counts.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we process the email address you give us. Delivery runs through MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania), and sign-up is double opt-in: you receive a confirmation email first and are only added after you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and we keep your address only until you do.

Our articles may link to external websites, including affiliate partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites — please review their own policies. See also our Affiliate Disclosure.

Pinterest

We use the Pinterest API to publish (“pin”) links to our own articles onto our own Pinterest boards. Post411 is an independent website and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can control cookies through your browser, opt out of personalized ads using the links above, and contact us with any privacy questions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
